This package is ideal for the realtor in need of assistance with marketing and wants to connect with their audience authentically.

The Package Includes:

  • Initial One (1) hour meeting (Virtual or In-Person) where we learn about your business, marketing requirements and its direction

  • Weekly Check-In Chat: One (1) hour per week meeting (Virtual or In-Person) to discuss your brand, sales and marketing to-do’s for the week

  • Sixty (60) Day Marketing Plan which includes:
    Assessment of your direct competitors (what and how they are doing in the marketing department)
    Facebook and Instagram Ad Campaigns
    The marketing plan will encompass email marketing, social media content, branding strategies, offers, promotions, repeat customer programs and events.

  • Implementation of the Marketing Plan

  • Curated content for two monthly newsletters and assistance with design plus graphics

  • Two (2) month Social Media Calendar - curated content and graphic design of all posts

  • Weekly two (2) hour social media assistance

  • Advertisement and Media Buying plus Planning

RATE…$450 per week
Minimum two (2) month retainer required
PLEASE NOTE: PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE HST, PHOTOGRAPHY, PRINTING AND CONTENT CREATION/WORDING IF REQUIRED.
