Our concierge service curates a personalized buyer’s guide based on your brand, budget, theme, and occasion. We focus only on items that perfectly suit your needs, so you’ll never feel overwhelmed by endless choices.

2. Logo & Customization

Send your logo (PNG and PDF) and our design team will ensure it’s perfectly placed on your selected items.

3. Proof Approval

You’ll receive a product proof for review. Once approved, we begin production with our trusted North American suppliers.

4. Proposal, Payment & Production

You’ll receive a final product form with pricing, payment, shipping, and fulfillment timelines. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the item(s) and season.

5. Shipping

Most orders ship directly to you within 5–7 business days (varies by carrier and location).
