PRINT/ARTWORK APPROVAL FORM
NOTICE: Please review final artwork carefully. Your approval will indicate acceptance of materials including responsibility for errors, omissions, placement, legal, copyright and ethical compliance. If we are printing this project and if a rerun is necessary due to overlooked error(s) in this final document, client assumes responsibility and charges. Once you have submitted this form, you have given approval for release of your final images and artwork. Once this form is submitted, you have given us approval to also move forward and go to print (as per invoice). If there are any errors on the final artwork/images which were not alerted to us, it is solely the client’s responsibility. Please check the proofs thoroughly as liability by The House of COCOLILY/Print + Design Division is limited to corrections only as indicated on these proofs/forms. No printing will be started until payment and the form below are received by The House of COCOLILY.
We do our best to match the printed colours to the colours on screen, however since all devices display colour differently, we cannot guarantee print colours will match screen colours. For this reason we do not accept returns/refunds based on colour. We also do not accept returns/refunds after proof approval has been submitted.
